In metallurgy, warehousing, ports, and other applications, the handling of steel coils (which can weigh tens of tons and are round and prone to rolling) remains a persistently risky and inefficient task. Traditional hoists are prone to slippage, and uneven force distribution can lead to coil deformation and even sudden falls. Manual hooking is time-consuming and disrupts production line operations.

✅ High-Strength Load-Bearing System:
The main crossbeam is forged from Q460 low-alloy high-strength steel, ultrasonically inspected for internal defects. The hook is constructed from 42CrMo quenched and tempered steel, surface-hardened (HRC52+). Rated load capacities range from 10 to 100 tons (customizable), and the static load capacity reaches 1.25 times the rated load (e.g., a 50-ton hoist can withstand 62.5 tons), far exceeding industry safety requirements.
✅ Uniform Load-Bearing Design:
A symmetrical chain layout (multiple chains share the load) and crossbeam distribute load evenly, preventing localized compression and deformation of the coil. The hook features a curved anti-slip design that matches the coil contact surface (allowing for a smooth transition), eliminating the risk of hook slippage during lifting.
Adaptable to multiple working conditions:
Offline: Workshop: Combined with an overhead crane, it enables damage-free transfer of steel coils from the production line to storage.
Warehouse transfer: Adaptable to stacker cranes and forklifts for rapid return to racking heights at different levels.
Port loading and unloading: Customized anti-seawater corrosion coating, resistant to salt spray, adapts to the complex environment of cargo ship decks.
