Constructed from cold-rolled steel (Q 235 material), hot-dip galvanized (film thickness ≥ 80μm), rust-free after 480 hours of salt spray testing, suitable for humid and dusty workshops.
One-piece construction with an impact strength of ≥ 15 kJ/m², capable of withstanding forklift collisions and heavy drops.
2. Pulley System: A Smooth, Effortless "Joint"
Nylon Pulley (yellow wheel): Friction coefficient ≤ 0.15, reducing traction resistance by 60% while also reducing noise (operating noise ≤ 65 dB), eliminating metal-on-metal collision noise.
Steel Pulley (Optional): Upgraded load capacity to 100 kg per pulley, suitable for running multiple thick cables in parallel (e.g., 3 x 50 mm² power cables). 3. Adjustable Clamp: A Flexible "Grip"
The bolt-type clamp design accommodates cables 10-50 mm in diameter, maintaining a stable clamping position with a ±2 mm tolerance during installation.
