Product Introduction
Semi-Gantry Crane for Workshops is a light or medium-sized lifting equipment suitable for workshop environment. It combines some structural features of gantry crane and bridge crane. One side runs on the ground track through the outriggers, and the other side is supported by the workshop wall, column or special track. It is widely used in material handling, equipment installation and production process assistance in workshops.

Advantages over other lifting equipment :
1. High space utilization Single-side outrigger-free design does not occupy the entire floor space of the workshop. It can cover a large operating range while retaining the channel and equipment foundation, and is especially suitable for small and medium-sized workshops.
2. Cost and installation advantages Compared with full gantry cranes, it saves the cost of one side of the outrigger and track; compared with bridge cranes, there is no need to separately erect load-bearing beams on the top of the workshop, the installation period is short, and the original structure of the workshop is less modified.
3. Operational flexibility Equipped with manual or electric operation (wireless remote control, ground operation box), it can be quickly positioned; some models support variable frequency speed regulation and micro-motion control to meet the needs of precision assembly scenarios.
4. Safety Adaptation standard limit devices (lifting height limit, operation limit limit), overload protection, emergency stop button, in line with workshop safety production specifications; some can be equipped with anti-collision devices (such as infrared sensors) to avoid collisions with workshop equipment.

1. Material handling and circulation :
◦ Used for the transfer of raw materials (such as steel, castings, and plates) from the warehouse to the production line in the workshop, or the transfer of semi-finished products between different processes, replacing forklifts and other equipment to improve handling efficiency.
◦ Adapt to narrow aisles or fixed area operations in the workshop, such as hoisting workpieces next to machine tools and supplying materials to the assembly line.
2. Equipment installation and maintenance:
◦ Assist in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of machine tools and production line equipment in the workshop, accurately hoist heavy components (such as motors and reducers), and reduce the risk of manual handling.
3. Assembly and warehousing assistance:
◦ In the assembly workshop, cooperate with the workstation to complete the docking of large components (such as mechanical frames and box assembly); in the temporary storage area of the workshop, realize material stacking (such as pallets and material box stacking).
