The trackless electric flat car consists of a power supply, transmission mechanism, steel structure load -bearing frame, steering system, walking mechanism, control module, and fault diagnosis module. Usually, we choose batteries, cables, and generators as the power supply for this series of vehicles. The power supply passes through the electrical control module system, to provide power to the traction motor, realizing the start, stop, forward, backward, and steering functions of the trackless electric transfer vehicle, as well as other functions. This series of cars can achieve 360°rotation. All vehicles equipped with safety warning and detection devices, which will immediately sound an alarm and automatically stop when encountering pedestrians or obstacles. They are also equipped with fully automatic intelligent chargers. Other auxiliary devices such as positioning devices, clamping devices, and lifting platforms can be also installed on trackless transfer vehicles to meet the needs of different occasions.
