Core design features (adaptable to outdoor environment)
1. Anti-environmental interference capability:
Upgraded protection level: The electrical system adopts IP 54 and above protection (such as motors and control boxes) to prevent short circuits caused by rain and dust intrusion; the exposed structural parts (such as tracks and hooks) are treated with hot-dip galvanizing or spray anti-rust paint, and the corrosion resistance is more than 50% higher than that of indoor models, and it is suitable for humid (such as riverside docks) and dusty (such as gravel yards) environments.
Windproof and anti-skid design: Equipped with a large vehicle track clamp or anchoring device, the track is locked when the wind speed is ≥10.8 m/s (level 6 wind) to prevent the equipment from being blown by the wind; the wheels are made of wear-resistant and anti-skid materials (such as ductile iron) to reduce the risk of slipping in rainy and snowy weather.
Temperature adaptability: Core components (such as motors and reducers) can withstand a temperature difference of -20℃~60℃, and can still operate stably in the severe cold in the north or the hot summer in the south, avoiding the burning of the motor due to excessively high temperature or the freezing and cracking of hydraulic components due to too low temperature.
2. Flexibility in operation range
No dependence on factory buildings: It can be installed through independent legs or concrete track foundations, without relying on factory steel structures. It can be set up in open-air cargo yards, open-air warehouses, temporary storage areas and other unobstructed areas, and the span can be customized to 30 meters (covering multiple rows of trucks or cargo piles).
Adaptable to transportation tools: It can directly cooperate with trucks, container trucks, railway trucks, etc. for loading and unloading, and the lifting height can reach 16 meters (such as lifting containers to stacking racks and lifting steel to truck compartments).

Typical application scenarios
1. Cargo transfer in open-air cargo yards
In open-air cargo yards such as steel mills and building materials markets, it is used to lift long-shaped goods such as steel sections, steel pipes, and cement pipes. The span of 15-20 meters can cover the distance between the cargo pile and the transport truck. With the help of electromagnetic suction cups or lifting belts, it can achieve efficient transfer of "cargo pile-truck" and avoid the time-consuming and safety risks of manual handling.
2. Short-distance loading and unloading at ports/terminals
In small and medium-sized terminals, it is used for short-distance transfer from shore containers to trucks. The lifting capacity of 10-20 tons is suitable for 20-foot/40-foot standard containers (self-weight + cargo is about 15-25 tons). The lifting height of 12 meters can meet 2-3 layers of container stacking. With the help of wireless remote control, the operator can remotely control it on the shore without boarding the ship or working near the water.
3. Material lifting at construction sites
In outdoor construction sites, it is used to lift steel bars, form work, and small construction machinery (such as mixer parts). The span of 8-15 meters can cover the construction area and material storage area. The wind-resistant design ensures safe operation in the open environment of the construction site.
