Product Introduction
Outdoor rail single-beam bridge crane is a light or medium-sized lifting equipment suitable for open-air working environment. It has a light weight but its strength meets the design load requirements, making it suitable for installation and operation in open outdoor spaces.Outdoor tracks (such as concrete track beams or steel structure tracks) are laid, and the wheels are mostly made of wear-resistant cast iron or cast steel to adapt to possible slight unevenness of the outdoor ground.

Special design to adapt to outdoor environment：
Rainproof and dust proof: The motor, control box, junction box, etc. adopt a sealed structure, and the surface is sprayed with anti-corrosion paint (such as epoxy primer + polyurethane topcoat) to reduce the rust of metal structures caused by rain, moisture and ultraviolet rays.
Windproof device: Standard windproof track clamp (manual or electric), clamp the wheels of the trolley on the track when the machine is stopped; some models are equipped with anchoring devices, and the bridge crane is fixed to the ground anchor point through steel cables during high wind warning to prevent overturning or sliding.
Lighting and warning: Equipped with waterproof work lights (adapt to outdoor operations at night) and sound and light alarms (remind surrounding personnel to avoid during operation), and some are also equipped with cameras to assist operators in observing the status of hanging objects in complex outdoor environments.
Temperature adaptability: The motor and electrical components are selected with wide temperature models, which can work stably in an environment of -20℃ to 40℃ (customized models in some low temperature areas can reach -30℃) to avoid extreme temperatures affecting performance.
Application scenarios：
Outdoor cargo yard: used to lift bulk or piece goods such as steel, wood, containers, etc., and cooperate with trucks and trains for loading and unloading.
Construction site: lifting steel bars, formwork, small prefabricated components and other building materials, working in low-rise building construction or material storage areas.
Open-air warehouse/yard: such as ore yard, scrap recycling yard, etc., to achieve short-distance transfer and stacking of goods.
Small and medium-sized equipment maintenance: lifting parts during the installation or maintenance of outdoor equipment (such as transformers, small construction machinery).
