The sling used for lifting large special-shaped equipment is a flexible lifting sling. With its light weight, good flexibility and little damage to the equipment surface, it is widely used in the lifting operations of large special-shaped equipment (such as irregular mechanical components, large molds, special-shaped steel structures, medical equipment, etc.).

Adaptable to Irregular Structures
The flexible material deforms with the shape of the equipment, tightly wrapping or conforming to irregular surfaces. This avoids the risk of localized deformation or slippage caused by point contact with traditional rigid lifting devices (such as hooks and clamps).
Protecting Equipment Surfaces
The slings are inherently soft (partially covered with a rubber layer) and will not scratch or indent the surface of the equipment like metal slings. They are particularly suitable for precision equipment, coated equipment, or fragile items (such as large glass curtain wall components).
Controllable Balanced Load
Multiple slings can be used in combination (e.g., 2-4 slings connected to the equipment's lifting points at different angles) to distribute weight across multiple support points, preventing overloading at any single point. For example, when lifting a large, irregularly shaped steel structure, four slings can be connected to the equipment's four lifting lugs, and the load can be evenly distributed by adjusting the sling length.
Flexible Operation
No complex installation is required; hooking and angle adjustment can be done manually. Some slings are equipped with end hooks or eyelets for direct connection to the equipment's lifting points, eliminating the need for auxiliary tools.

Industrial Equipment Installation: Lifting large injection molding machines, CNC machine tools, etc., using two slings to diagonally lift the equipment from two lifting points, maintaining horizontality by adjusting the length.
Construction: Lifting special-shaped steel structural components (such as the dome frame of a stadium) using four slings connected to the component's four lifting points, and using a crane to achieve high-altitude alignment.
Logistics and Transportation: Lifting large containerized equipment at ports using flat slings (used with specialized lifting equipment) to lift from the bottom to prevent deformation of the container.
