Industrial Heavy-Duty AGVs
Classification:
Product Introduction
Industrial heavy-duty AGVs are specifically designed for handling large-tonnage materials and are widely adaptable to various industrial scenarios with high requirements for load-bearing capacity, operational stability, and automation.

Technical Parameters:
| Load Capacity | 5-100 tons |
| Table Size | customizable |
| Travel Speed | 0-30 m/min |
| Steering Radius | 360 ° rotation in place |
| Walking Direction | The device's achievable movement postures demonstrate spatial flexibility. Main types include: forward and backward movement, left and right lateral movement, stationary rotation, and diagonal movement (omnidirectional movement). |
| Navigation Method | Magnetic strip navigation, laser navigation (including reflector/laser SLAM), visual navigation, color band navigation, QR code navigation |
Application Scenarios:
1. Automotive Manufacturing Industry
As the core application area for heavy-duty AGVs, they primarily handle the transfer of heavy materials throughout the entire automotive production process. Examples include: body assembly transfer (transferring tens of tons of stamped parts and body shells across stamping, welding, and final assembly workshops), batch transfer of core components such as engines/transmissions, large mold replacement and handling (adapting to mold switching needs for different vehicle models, precisely connecting with stamping equipment), and warehousing transfer of finished vehicles after they roll off the production line. The operating environment covers complex internal workshop passageways, multiple intersections, and densely populated equipment areas, enabling precise coordination with the production cycle.
2. Construction Machinery and Heavy Equipment Industry
Suitable for the production and assembly processes of large construction machinery (excavators, cranes, loaders, etc.), responsible for the transfer of heavy structural components (frames, booms, sticks), batch replenishment of assembly materials, and outbound transfer of finished equipment. In these scenarios, materials are heavy (often tens of tons) and irregularly shaped. Heavy-duty AGVs can achieve stable handling through customized carrying platforms, while adapting to environments with large equipment occupying significant space and complex operating paths within workshops.
3. New Energy Industry (Lithium Battery, Wind Power, Photovoltaic)
In the lithium battery industry, used for the transfer of large tanks containing positive/negative electrode materials, batch transfer of cell modules, and transfer of finished battery packs, adapting to cleanroom environment requirements; in the wind power industry, responsible for the workshop assembly and transfer of ultra-large and ultra-heavy components such as wind turbine blades, hubs, and nacelles, and port loading and unloading coordination; in the photovoltaic industry, responsible for the batch heavy-duty transfer of photovoltaic module silicon wafers and glass substrates, as well as the handling of production-related materials for large photovoltaic equipment.
4. Port and Terminal Logistics
Used for short-distance container transshipment (container scheduling between terminal yards and loading/unloading bridges, and within the yard) and intra-port transshipment of large cargo (steel, timber, machinery). Adaptable to the complex conditions of open-air port environments, including wind, rain, dust, and extreme temperatures, achieving seamless integration with the port scheduling system and improving port loading and unloading efficiency.
5. Steel and Metallurgical Industry
Suitable for harsh operating environments with high temperatures and high dust levels, responsible for auxiliary transshipment of molten steel ladles/iron ladles, finished product transshipment of steel coils/plates, and workshop replenishment transshipment of metallurgical raw materials (ore, coke). The high-temperature resistant and dust-proof design of the heavy-duty AGV ensures operational stability while replacing manual labor to avoid safety risks such as high temperature, high pressure, and heavy metal dust.
6. Large-Scale Warehousing and Logistics Centers (Heavy-Duty Category)
Targeting the warehousing and transshipment needs of large industrial finished products (such as home appliances and furniture) and heavy parts, enabling the inbound shelving, outbound picking, and inter-warehouse transshipment of heavy-duty goods. It can collaborate with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to accurately locate shelf positions, improving the automation level and space utilization of heavy-duty warehousing.
