Quick-flip technology: Utilizing a manual quick-lock/hydraulic-assisted mechanism (optional for customization), the baffle unlocks in 3 seconds and flips back (at an angle ≥ 45°) in 5 seconds. Loose parts, boxes, and tools can be unloaded or dumped off-site by sliding—an 80% improvement in efficiency compared to traditional manual unloading (e.g., 20 boxes can be unloaded in 1 minute).
Load-bearing and durable: The baffle is constructed of Q 345 B high-strength steel with anti-slip grooves.
