  Advantages:

    1. This cantilever crane uses a fixed column as the core support, eliminating the space cost of track laying, and can be directly installed on the workshop floor or next to the machine tool, without affecting the layout of processing equipment and the movement of personnel. The cantilever length can be customized to 2-5 meters according to workshop needs, and the rotation angle reaches 180°-360° (limiting device is optional), which can flexibly cover local operating areas such as loading and unloading of machine tools and transfer of workpieces between workbenches, and is especially suitable for lifting materials around CNC machine tools and machining centers.

2. The cantilever is welded from high-strength seamless steel pipes or steel sections, with the deflection controlled within a very small range. Combined with the rotating mechanism with high-precision gear transmission, the swing amplitude of the workpiece during lifting can be controlled within 5 mm, ensuring precise alignment during clamping and avoiding workpiece scrapping or equipment damage due to collision.

3. Another highlight is its ease of operation: it is equipped with two drive modes: manual and electric. The electric model is equipped with a variable frequency speed regulation system, with a lifting speed of 0.2-2m/min and a rotation speed of 0.5-3r/min. It can achieve stepless speed change through a handheld button box or wireless remote control. The operator can complete the entire operation next to the machine tool without frequent movement. For scenes that require fine adjustment, the manual model's worm gear transmission structure can achieve "micro-motion" operation to meet 0.1 mm positioning requirements.

4. The safety design also fits the environment of the processing workshop: the built-in overload protection device automatically cuts off the power supply when the load exceeds the rated value; a buffer limit block is installed at the end of the cantilever to prevent excessive rotation and collision with the equipment; the high-strength bolt connection between the column and the base can resist the vibration during the processing and ensure long-term stability.
