Trackless electric flat cars are a type of transport equipment that can travel freely on flat ground without laying tracks. ◦ Anti-rollover design: The table is equipped with anti-rollover baffles or fixed chains. The inclination angle of the vehicle body is monitored in real time by sensors during driving, and the vehicle body automatically decelerates when the threshold is exceeded.
◦ High temperature protection: Key vehicle body components (such as motors and batteries) are equipped with heat shields or air cooling systems to avoid damage due to high temperatures when close to steelmaking furnaces. 3. Efficiency and intelligence
◦ The driving speed is adjustable (usually 0~20km/h), running at high speed when unloaded and running at a low and stable speed when heavily loaded; some models support docking with the factory MES system to track transportation tasks and material locations in real time, thereby improving logistics management efficiency.
