The world of mobile motors is born from application scenarios and evolves with demand:
DC motors: The "flexible tool" for small cranes. Their structure is as simple as "mechanical Lego," yet their reliability rivals that of a Swiss watch. In light-load applications (such as single-beam cranes suspended in workshops), they operate safely at 24 V, making them particularly suitable for retrofitting and upgrading older factories.
AC asynchronous motors: The "efficiency engine" of small and medium-sized equipment. Their power density is as high as an "energy cube," with starting torque reaching 2.5 times the rated value. A 5-ton single-beam crane in an automobile assembly plant, equipped with a 15 kW AC asynchronous motor, reduces its lifting cycle from 3 minutes per lift to 90 seconds per lift.
