The side-mounted electric hoist trolley is the core functional module of the single-girder crane. Through structural innovation, it breaks through the low clearance limitation and adapts to the efficient lifting needs of workshops, warehouses and other scenarios.

Selection and Application: Precisely Adaptable to Four Scenarios
1. Core Selection Logic
Clearance Priority: Measure the clearance under the beam (e.g., if the clearance is 3 m, select a model with a lifting height ≥ 2.5 m);
Frequency-Driven: For Class A 3, choose the Economy model (gear quenching and tempering); for Class A 5, choose the Reinforced model (gear quenching);
Environmental Adaptability: For humid environments, choose IP 54 protection; for chemical applications, choose a flameproof motor + junction box.
2. Typical Applications
Low-headroom factories: Machine shops (equipment lifting), warehouses (shelf stacking), and light industrial (material handling). Floor heights ≤ 6 m are preferred.
Gantry Extensions: Side-hung gantry cranes (with L-shaped outriggers for increased span capacity) are used for bulk material loading and unloading in freight yards.
Special Modifications: Grab-type (bulk materials), explosion-proof (chemical), and wireless remote control (height work).
