Core Advantages: Unlimited operating distance + extreme flexibility, free from the constraints of cables and tracks, suitable for complex routes with multiple workshops and curved tracks;

Technical Breakthrough: An onboard boost module converts 36V to 380V to drive the YZ hoist metallurgical motor (with a stall torque of 2.5 times the rated value), enabling smooth starting and stopping of loads exceeding 100 tons.

3. Cable Reel Power Supply (KPJ Series)
Core Advantages: Low cost + fast installation. A hysteresis-coupled reel automatically retracts and unwinds the cable, preventing tangles.
Limitations and Optimizations: The original maximum distance was ≤200 meters. After upgrading to fiber-optic conductive slip rings, the distance has been expanded to 500 meters, making it suitable for inter-plant transfers in medium-sized steel mills. 4. Busbar Power Supply (KPC Series)
Core Advantages: Unlimited distance + high reliability. Busbars are built into the trackside trench, automatically opening the cover to draw power when a flat car passes.
Application: Suitable for fixed routes in continuous production (such as billet transfer in a steelmaking continuous casting line). The dual-current collector redundancy design reduces failure rates by 80%.
